This Privacy Policy covers two things: the boxing12x3.com website (interactive boxing scorecard tool) and the 12×3 Boxing Media App (an internal automation tool for posting boxing news to the @boxing12x3 Threads account).
Both are operated by the same owner. Neither collects personal data from visitors or third-party users.
The website does not collect personal data. No registration, no login, no forms that store user information.
The scorecard tool saves your current scoring session (selected fight, round scores, language preference) in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
We use Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It collects anonymous aggregate data (page views, country-level location, device type) with no personal identifiers. No cookies are set. Full details: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.
The scorecard can be embedded on third-party websites via iframe. When embedded, the host site is the data controller for its own visitors. Boxing12x3.com does not receive any visitor data from embedded instances.
We may introduce anonymous, aggregated fan scorecard collection in the future (e.g. "X% of fans scored this round for Fighter A"). If and when this is implemented, this policy will be updated and no personal data will be collected.
12×3 Boxing Media App is an internal automation tool. It retrieves boxing news from RSS feeds, processes the text using AI, routes it through a Telegram bot for manual review by the account owner, and publishes approved posts to the @boxing12x3 account on Threads. Only the account owner can trigger publication.
The app uses only one Threads API permission: threads_content_publish — to publish posts to the @boxing12x3 account. No other permissions are requested or used.
Draft post text and source URL are temporarily stored in Make.com Data Store during the review process. This data is permanently deleted immediately after the post is published or rejected by the owner. No personal data of any kind is included in this storage.
News text is processed by Anthropic Claude API to assist with drafting. Only the news article content is sent — no personal data of any user or third party. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.
Since we do not collect personal data from users, there is typically nothing to delete. If you have a specific concern or request related to any data that may have been incidentally collected, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
